Ereche is a platform offering digital software solutions, licensed software systems, SaaS products, automation systems, and digital services for businesses.

2. Account Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Confidentiality of account information,
• Protecting their password,
• Transactions performed through their account

If suspicious use is detected, Ereche may temporarily or permanently suspend the user account.

3. License and Digital Content Use

Purchased software and licenses may only be used within the stated scope. The following are strictly prohibited:

• License sharing
• Unauthorized resale
• Copying the software
• Unauthorized distribution of source code
• Reverse engineering
• Attempts to bypass license protection systems

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Attempt to harm the system
• Gain unauthorized access to servers
• Upload malicious software
• Violate platform security
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Engage in fraud
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

If such violations are detected, accounts may be suspended and legal action may be initiated where necessary.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored on Ereche servers. The user accepts differences arising from:

• Taxes,
• Bank fees,
• Currency conversions,
• Payment provider fees

Ereche is not directly liable for outages or errors caused by payment infrastructure.

6. Service Changes

Ereche reserves the right to:

• Update services,
• Add or remove features,
• Temporarily suspend the platform,
• Limit service access

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all services are provided "as is". Ereche does not guarantee that:

• Services will run without interruption,
• All errors will be fixed,
• Software will be compatible with all devices,
• Services will always be accessible

8. Limitation of Liability

Ereche shall not be liable for:

• Data loss,
• Loss of profit,
• Business interruption,
• Commercial damages,
• Indirect damages,
• Third-party losses

The user accepts that they use the platform at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, software, logos, content, and systems on the platform belong to Ereche or are used under license. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Account Termination

Ereche may terminate access for users who violate these terms without prior notice.
